Fees shown in USD. Your tuition includes daily continental breakfast, coffee and snack breaks and complimentary Internet access in the meeting room. All participants will receive a comprehensive printed syllabus.
Registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or check can be made through Harvard Medical School’s secure online registration system. A processing fee of $5 (USD) will be assessed per transaction. If registering by check (draft on a United States bank), please make payable to Harvard Medical School. Learners who choose to pay by check will be prompted to download an online form to send in with a payment. Telephone or fax registration is not accepted. Registration with cash payment is not permitted. Upon receipt of your paid registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Be sure to include an email address that you check frequently. Your email address is used for critical information including registration confirmation, evaluation and certificate.
Refunds, less an administrative fee of $150 will be issued for all cancellations received two weeks before the start of the course. Refund requests must be received by postal mail, email or fax. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than two weeks before the start of the course. “No-shows” are subject to the full course fee, and no refunds will be issued once the conference has started.
